Claude

Find House AI in Claude's connector directory, or go to Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, and enter https://mcp.houseaiapp.com/mcp. Browsing styles works right away. The first time you ask for a design, Claude asks you to sign in to House AI.

ChatGPT

Find House AI in the ChatGPT apps directory and select Connect. You can attach a room photo right in the chat.

Claude Code, Cursor and other coding agents

One click adds House AI. The first time a tool needs your account, your app asks you to sign in to House AI.

Or set it up by hand. Prefer a token, or using a tool without sign-in support? Create a personal API token on your Connected apps page and send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>; the token page fills it in for you.

Your account and credits

You sign in with the same House AI account you use in the app, by email, Google or Apple. Every design uses one credit, exactly as in the app: free accounts get 3 free designs a day, and plans include more. A guest account from the app can't be connected; create a free account first.

Photos

In ChatGPT, attach the photo in the chat. In Claude, share a public link to the photo, or ask for an upload link: House AI sends a private page that works for 30 minutes and saves the photo to your account.

House AI only receives what a tool needs: the photo you share, your request and your style choices. It doesn't read the rest of your conversation. See the connector section of our privacy policy. To disconnect an app or revoke a token, use the Connected apps page, or remove House AI in Claude or ChatGPT.
