At House AI Interior Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI generation services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

2. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused generations. When you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the fee paid for the current billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experienced a severe technical issue or bug that completely prevented you from using the service, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
  • Accidental Charges: If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our end.

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge date with a detailed explanation of the issue.

4. Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
