House AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application House AI (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

We collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:
A. Personal Data (Authentication)
When you sign in using third-party authentication services (such as Apple or Google), we collect:
- Name: To personalize your user profile.
- Email Address: For account authentication, security, and communication.
- User ID: A unique identifier linked to your account to manage your data.
B. User Content (Images)
To provide our core AI design services, we collect:
- Photos: Images you upload or capture (e.g., photos of your room, house, or garden).
- Processing Data: These images are processed by our AI models solely to generate the transformed design results you request.
C. Usage and Device Information
We automatically collect certain information to manage subscriptions and improve the App:
- Device ID: We use device identifiers to manage your subscription status, restore purchases, and prevent fraud.
- Product Interaction: We track which features you interact with (e.g., "Interior Design" vs. "Garden Design") to understand user preferences and improve functionality.
- Purchase History: We store records of your subscriptions (e.g., Weekly/Yearly) to ensure you have active access to Pro features.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use information collected about you to:
- Service Provision: Generate AI home designs and visualizations based on your uploaded photos.
- Account Management: Manage your login, profile, and subscription status.
- App Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to refine our AI models and user interface.
- Customer Support: Assist you with technical issues or subscription inquiries.
3. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We do not sell your data. However, we share data with trusted third-party service providers strictly necessary to operate the technical infrastructure of the App. These providers include:

4. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information and design history for as long as your account is active.
- Design History: You can view your past generated designs in the "History" tab within the App.
- Anonymization: We may retain anonymized image data for the purpose of improving our internal AI models, but this data is stripped of personally identifiable information.
5. DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
In compliance with App Store guidelines and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Data:
- In-App Deletion (Recommended): Navigate to Settings > Delete Account within the House AI application. Confirming this action will immediately and permanently remove your profile, photos, and design history from our servers.
- Email Request: If you cannot access the App, you may request data deletion by emailing us at support@houseaiapp.com.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
