• Photos: Images you upload or capture (e.g., photos of your room, house, or garden).
• Processing Data: These images are processed by our AI models solely to generate the transformed design results you request.

C. Usage and Device Information

We automatically collect certain information to manage subscriptions and improve the App:

• Device ID: We use device identifiers to manage your subscription status, restore purchases, and prevent fraud.
• Purchase History: We store records of your subscriptions (e.g., Weekly/Yearly) to ensure you have active access to Pro features.

2. APP PERMISSIONS

The House AI mobile application requests the following permissions to provide its core functionality:

Camera Access

House AI uses your camera to capture photos of rooms, exteriors, and gardens for AI-powered design transformation. For example, take a photo of your living room to see it redesigned in a new style.

Photo Library Access

House AI needs access to your photo library so you can select existing photos of your home for design transformation. For example, choose a photo of your backyard to visualize garden renovation ideas.

Photo Library (Save)

House AI saves your transformed design images to your photo library so you can share and reference your new designs later.

Microphone (Optional)

House AI may use your microphone for voice input during design customization.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use information collected about you to:

1. Service Provision: Generate AI home designs and visualizations based on your uploaded photos.
2. Account Management: Manage your login, profile, and subscription status.
3. App Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to refine our AI models and user interface.
4. Customer Support: Assist you with technical issues or subscription inquiries.

4. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We do not sell your data. However, we share data with trusted third-party service providers strictly necessary to operate the technical infrastructure of the App. These providers include:

• Supabase: Used for secure user authentication, database hosting, and file storage.
• RevenueCat: Used for processing and managing App Store and Play Store subscriptions.
• Cloudinary: Used for optimizing, resizing, and storing image assets securely.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information and design history for as long as your account is active.

• Design History: You can view your past generated designs in the "History" tab within the App.
• Anonymization: We may retain anonymized image data for the purpose of improving our internal AI models, but this data is stripped of personally identifiable information.

6. DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

In compliance with App Store guidelines and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Data:

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended): Navigate to Settings → Delete Account within the House AI application. Confirming this action will immediately and permanently remove your profile, photos, and design history from our servers.
2. Email Request: If you cannot access the App, you may request data deletion by emailing us at support@addictingelements.com.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
