Who builds it

House AI is made by Addicting Elements LLC, founded in 2026 and based in Key Biscayne, Florida, United States. It was co-founded by Arshroop Saini and Jeff Escobar, and is a small independent team rather than part of a larger design or property company.

Why we built it

Redesigning a room has always required either money or imagination: an interior designer, or the ability to look at an empty corner and picture what could go there. Rendering software solved that for professionals and left everyone else with mood boards. House AI exists so that anyone with a phone camera can see a real, specific version of their own room before spending anything on it.

That is why every tool starts from a photo of a space that actually exists. The redesign keeps your walls, windows and proportions where they are, the point is to show you your room, not a nicer one.

What it does

Eight tools cover interiors, exteriors and gardens: whole-room redesign, facade restyling, landscaping, wall finishes, flooring, furniture replacement, furniture removal, and style transfer from a reference image. Each returns a finished image in about 30 seconds. It runs on iOS, Android and the web, with a free tier and paid plans from $9.99 a week.
