About the team
House AI is an AI interior design app from Addicting Elements LLC that turns a photo of any room, exterior or garden into a photorealistic redesign in about 15 seconds, with 300+ styles on iOS, Android and the web, plus Shop from Image to find the real, in-stock furniture in a finished design across 330 retailers.
This role sits on the Operations team of the Creator Growth Internship Program. Track which creators and videos bring in House AI installs, and turn that into the weekly report.
About the role
The goal of every video is new House AI users. You are the one who knows which creators, videos and hooks actually delivered them, and you close the loop so the team does more of what works.
This internship is 100% remote and open to students anywhere in India. It is part of the House AI Creator Growth Internship Program.
How the team works
Every India role is part of one pipeline with one goal: more people using House AI. Partnerships finds and signs creators. Marketing scripts, films and publishes short-form videos. Creative edits the footage into finished videos and designs the graphics for the blog and social posts. Operations tracks which videos brought in installs and reports back, so the next round of outreach and content does more of what worked. Each team has a lead who assigns work, reviews it and answers questions.
What you will do
- Set up a tracking link or code for every creator and every video before it goes live.
- Keep the results sheet current: views, clicks, installs and commissions by creator and by video.
- Publish a weekly report on what worked, what did not and what to try next.
- Check that commissions are calculated correctly from the tracked results.
- Find manual steps in the pipeline and replace them with a formula, a template or a simple automation.
What we look for
- A high school student, a college student or a fresher. There are no degree or grade requirements.
- Comfortable in Google Sheets or Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
- You notice when a number looks wrong and you go find out why.
- You can explain what the numbers mean in a few plain sentences.
- Clear written and spoken English.
Hours, pay and terms
- Remote internship for three months. Work from anywhere in India.
- Flexible hours. Fit the work around your classes.
- Unpaid, with no fixed stipend.
- Certificate of completion for every intern who finishes the internship.
- Letter of recommendation for top performers.
