Business Development Analyst Intern, Creator Partnerships

Partnerships · Remote (US or UK) · 20 hrs/week · Fall 2026

About the team

The Partnerships team grows House AI through other people's audiences and storefronts: the retailers behind Shop from Image, the home brands that want to reach people redesigning a room, and the creators whose followers care about home design. We source, pitch, close and run those relationships, and we track what each one returns.

About the role

We're looking for a Business Development Analyst Intern to find the home design creators whose audiences fit House AI, pitch them, and set up the deals.

Home design content performs on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and creators are the most credible way to show what House AI can do. You will own the top of the creator pipeline, from building the list to a signed agreement. You will work with the founders and with the Creator Partnerships Analyst who runs each collaboration once it starts.

This internship is 100% remote and open to students anywhere in the United States or the United Kingdom. It is 20 hours a week for the Fall 2026 term.

In this role, you will

  • Build the creator list: Find home, DIY, renter and lifestyle creators with real engagement, not just large follower counts, and keep the list current.
  • Pitch and follow up: Write tailored outreach, send it, and follow up until every creator gives a clear answer.
  • Structure deals: Work with the founders on simple terms such as a flat fee, cost per view or revenue share, and get every agreement in writing.
  • Qualify fit: Review each creator's recent content and audience before an offer, and flag brand safety concerns early.
  • Track returns: Record the cost, views and installs for every deal so the team knows which creators to bring back.
  • Hand off cleanly: Pass each signed creator to the partnerships team with a brief, the terms and the timeline.

You might thrive in this role if you have

  • Current enrollment in a degree program, or a degree finished in the last year. Any major, as long as you can show the work.
  • Regular viewing of home design content, and the judgment to tell a creator with an audience from one with a number.
  • Confidence in negotiation, including the ability to hold a position politely.
  • Persuasive, personal outreach writing that does not read like a template.
  • A disciplined approach to pipelines: every creator has a stage, a date and an owner.
  • Comfort with basic numbers like cost per view and cost per install.

Nice to have

  • Experience with influencer marketing, brand deals or talent management.
  • A social account of your own with a following you built.
  • Familiarity with creator marketplaces or outreach tools.

Hours, pay and terms

  • 20 hours a week, part time.
  • Fully remote. You can be anywhere in the United States or the United Kingdom.
  • Unpaid. There is no stipend and no health coverage.
  • Perks: a letter of recommendation at the end of the term, course credit support (we sign faculty sponsor forms, take check-in calls with your professor and complete end-of-term evaluations), mentorship, and help with your resume and LinkedIn.
  • You get access to the AI tools you need for your work.
  • Fall term runs August 10 to December 18, 2026, with rolling start dates inside the term.
  • Applications close October 31, 2026.
  • Work authorization is not required.

Course credit

Course credit is supported. We sign faculty sponsor forms, take check-in calls with your professor, and complete end-of-term evaluations. Your supervisor is Jeffrey Escobar, CTO.
