Strategic Partnerships Analyst Intern

Partnerships · Remote (US or UK) · 20 hrs/week · Fall 2026

About the team

The Partnerships team grows House AI through other people's audiences and storefronts: the retailers behind Shop from Image, the home brands that want to reach people redesigning a room, and the creators whose followers care about home design. We source, pitch, close and run those relationships, and we track what each one returns.

About the role

We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Analyst Intern to help House AI find, pitch and support the retailers, home brands and platforms we work with.

Shop from Image already links House AI redesigns to real, in-stock furniture at hundreds of retailers. You will research the next partners, prepare the founders for first calls, and keep every live conversation moving to a clear next step. You will work directly with the founders and with the creator partnerships team.

This internship is 100% remote and open to students anywhere in the United States or the United Kingdom. It is 20 hours a week for the Fall 2026 term.

In this role, you will

  • Map the market: Research retailers, home brands and platforms, and write a one-page profile of each with the right contact and the reason they would care.
  • Prepare first calls: Draft partnership proposals with the founders and build the deck, numbers and examples each conversation needs.
  • Run the pipeline: Track every partner conversation, its stage and its next step, so nothing stalls without someone noticing.
  • Support live partners: Answer follow-up requests with the data, screenshots and timelines partners ask for, quickly and accurately.
  • Measure results: Report what each partnership returns in clicks, purchases or users, and recommend which ones deserve more time.
  • Sharpen the playbook: Turn what worked in each conversation into templates the team can reuse.

You might thrive in this role if you have

  • Current enrollment in a degree program, or a degree finished in the last year. Any major, as long as you can show the work.
  • Clear, concise business writing, especially the short email that earns a reply from someone who owes you nothing.
  • The ability to research a company quickly and pull out the two or three facts that matter for a deal.
  • Strong organization across dozens of conversations at once, with none left without a next step.
  • Persistence with follow-up: you keep going politely until you get a yes or a no.
  • Curiosity about how retail, e-commerce and consumer apps make money.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales, business development, sponsorships or a club's partner outreach.
  • Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot, or a well-kept spreadsheet pipeline.
  • Interest in home design, furniture or retail.

Hours, pay and terms

  • 20 hours a week, part time.
  • Fully remote. You can be anywhere in the United States or the United Kingdom.
  • Unpaid. There is no stipend and no health coverage.
  • Perks: a letter of recommendation at the end of the term, course credit support (we sign faculty sponsor forms, take check-in calls with your professor and complete end-of-term evaluations), mentorship, and help with your resume and LinkedIn.
  • You get access to the AI tools you need for your work.
  • Fall term runs August 10 to December 18, 2026, with rolling start dates inside the term.
  • Applications close October 31, 2026.
  • Work authorization is not required.

Course credit

Course credit is supported. We sign faculty sponsor forms, take check-in calls with your professor, and complete end-of-term evaluations. Your supervisor is Jeffrey Escobar, CTO.
