What this is
House AI is an AI interior design app from Addicting Elements LLC. For Fall 2026 we are taking 16 remote interns across growth, partnerships, operations, marketing and people. The roles are open to students anywhere in the United States, in any major, including students at University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
Academic credit at University of Minnesota Twin Cities
University of Minnesota Twin Cities decides whether an internship earns credit; House AI does not. From the school's own page: For College of Liberal Arts students, CLA 3896 is a one-credit online course open to all CLA students with an internship of at least 10 hours a week and 120 hours total. Requesting the experience in Handshake prompts the site supervisor and the course instructor to approve it. Departments also offer 3896 courses.
Remote internships qualify: Not addressed on their page. The CLA page says its internship courses run online and some departments offer online internship courses; it does not state that the internship itself may be remote.
